Professional Experience
Shane has represented several dozen policyholders to fight insurance companies for their unwarranted claim denials. Additionally, Shane has successfully counseled a major U.S. county in opioid litigation and litigated multi-million-dollar commercial insurance claims. Shane’s clients benefit from his acute attention to detail and comprehensive approach to complex legal issues.
Following law school, Shane worked for the U.S. Agency for International Development in Pakistan on antiterrorism and narcotics-related legal matters. He went on to work for a large New York-based law firm while also providing national security expertise to a public interest organization. Shane then worked for a national civil litigation firm in the District of Columbia, handling state and federal cases.
